from 50^rd to 79^th

from 80^rd to 100^th

Procedure :

1. Internal proof printing (IPP) of 1 copy
2. Control of IPP and production of reference sample
3. Production and finishing of all copies
4. Gathering of all copies
5. Quality control of the printing and finishing of each individual book and comparison with the reference sample.
6. Tailor-made wrapping and packaging.
7. Track & Trace shipping with UPS and sign-on-receipt delivery.

Turnover :

Your order is important to us and we endeavour to complete it in the best possible time. However, in order to keep the quality level we demand and you expect, please accept that it can take up to 2 weeks between the day you confirm your order and it's delivery

Order tracking and delivery :

You can follow the production of your order online through the Foto.com website. You will receive an email to confirm when it is shipped.

Please choose the shipping address with care as most of our deliveries are done during the normal working day. So ensure you or someone you trust will be available to receive it. You can also contact UPS by phone and arrange delivery at a time that's most convenient for you.

Important note : Certain types of order (Those requiring the pre-print process, those which need personalised follow-up and those with special pricing offers) do not qualify for our “Satisfaction or Refund” Guarantees. These guarantees are in place to reassure our customers at all times of the quality of our products and services. Of course, you can place a normal order on which the guarantees will apply, before you fully decide to give us your trust.
